Privacy policy

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, subject, message, language, newsletter choice and submission identifiers you provide. Our hosting and security providers may also process standard request data such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps and error logs.

We use inquiry information to deliver your message, send a confirmation, review and respond to the inquiry, maintain security, prevent abuse and keep necessary operational records. If you separately select the optional newsletter checkbox, we may also use your email address for occasional AMED Ventures and MedTech updates until you unsubscribe.

Google Analytics is loaded only if it has been configured for this website and you select “Accept analytics.” The site stores that preference in your browser so it can respect your choice. Analytics is used for aggregate website and conversion measurement; contact-form fields are not sent to Google Analytics.

We use Vercel to host and operate the website and Emailit to deliver inquiry emails. Google processes analytics data only when analytics is enabled and accepted. These providers may process data outside your country under their own security and transfer arrangements. We do not sell personal information.

Background films are streamed through Vimeo. Loading a film connects your browser to Vimeo and its delivery network, which receive technical request data such as your IP address and browser information. The embedded player uses Vimeo’s Do Not Track setting. With reduced motion enabled, the site shows a still image until you choose to play the film.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations, security and dispute handling. Newsletter contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or we no longer need them. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed. To unsubscribe from updates, use the link in the email or contact us.
